Directions:
Preheat your grill to medium-high.
Cut the bread in half lengthwise.
Place the butter, prosciutto, garlic, parsley, parmesan, and pepper in a bowl and beat to mix. Using a spatula, lightly spread the garlic-prosciutto butter on both sides of the bread.
Grill the bread until golden brown on both sides, 1 to 3 minutes per side. Dont take your eyes off the grill for a second, as the bread will burn quickly. Serve at once. |
